Taking a 4 Dimensional Approach to Your Health
When thinking about health, wellness, and fitness, we typically boil down to binary activities: exercise and diet. While both are important, leaving these categories at this high of a level eliminates the underlying details that are necessary to sustain these two activities with efficacy. This helps pose the question of what additional information about our human anatomy and physiology is needed to ensure we consistently improve our health.
